- Pre-construction - Your project's design, cost estimation, scheduling and legal aspects are completed during pre-construction. We know and respect how hard you have worked for your money, and do everything we can to lower costs from start to finish. We are experienced at working to budgets and can help you ensure the design is appropriate for your available funds. We understand your vision is essential, and we collaborate closely with designers to ensure your dream space is realised.
- Construction - We have a loyal and trusted team of in-house carpenters whose abilities we believe in and are confident to get your project completed professionally and to a high standard. our project management software will keep everyone one informed on how the job is tracking, and how its progressing week to week via our online client portal.
- Accountability is crucial to us at Hearth Built, so all our subcontractors are held to account throughout the entire time they work for you.
- Post Construction - We pride ourselves on job satisfaction, taking time and care to ensure you are happy with our services. As the project ends, we will fully clean up the site, finalise any newly installed electrical systems, and coordinate the moving-in process if required. Once all that is completed, we will provide a full walk-through inspection to ensure you are happy with everything.
